Bruno Foito

A career in the meat industry that began in 2004 and has since been marked by a series of notable achievements.

Having worked with several prestigious brands, making a significant impact on both the UK and European markets. Bruno’s innovative approach led him to develop his own brands of Wagyu and Angus beef in the industry.

His ability to forge strong partnerships was as a result of his thorough understanding of all aspects of the meat industry (from farm to plate) and was ultimately the key to achieve these outcomes.

In 2022, driven by his ambition to create something of his own, Bruno founded Evo Meats Ltd.

Under his vision, ambition and leadership, Evo Meats has quickly gained a reputation as a top distributor of high quality beef in the global high-quality meat industry.

Stephanie Barnard

Stephanie began her career in the meat industry in 2011, and over the years gained extensive experience.

Her collaboration with Bruno, which spanned over a decade, was particularly rewarding, as their combined skills and shared vision for excellence allowed them to achieve many successes.

In mid-2023, fueled by her drive to push industry standards and boundaries, Stephanie took a new step by joining Evo Meats Ltd.

With her deep knowledge and dedication to quality, she plays a crucial role in Evo Meats' quest to remain a major player in the global meat industry.
